How does it work?
The cookies work just like watercolor paints - wet the brush with water, dip in colors and start painting! Simple enough for a toddler to do, fun enough for ALL ages to enjoy! Each palette will come with 6 edible paints and a brush. What shape cookies do you offer? We offer a ton of options! If you don't see cookies pictured on the website that fit the theme of your party, no worries! Email me at info@watercolorcookies.com and we will figure something out that fits your party theme! What does my Party Pack include? Party Packs include paintable cookies, paint palette cookies, high quality paint brushes and individual bags to bring the cookies home in. Suggest that they eat the paint palette cookie or one of their painted cookies, and take the other home in the bag that comes with each palette and you've got a party favor in addition to the activity! What’s the difference between a Party Pack and a Gift Box? Party Packs and gift boxes include the same items, but gift boxes are smaller and are packaged beautifully, ready to make a friend’s day! Gift Boxes come with clear-lid boxes and include a paint brush and palette. Box fits approximately 4-6 cookies (including paint palette) and comes wrapped with a rainbow ribbon. You choose the cookies! Gift boxes are $15 each, or $12 each when you buy two or more. How many cookies should I order? I recommend planning on one paint palette per child, and two to three paintable cookies per kid. Of course, needs vary based on the other activities you planned and the size of the party. The edible paint palettes are actually cookies too. What do I need? You will need to provide water and containers to hold the water. Have fun with this, and use a sturdy container that won't spill. (Some fun ideas: a flower pot with no drainage hole, a sturdy beach bucket, glass jars, pretty vase, fishbowl, coffee mugs) You will also need to think about the surface the cookies will be painted on. Porcelain plates are perfect for a fancy tea party. Or you can cover a picnic table with a plastic tablecloth and just paint directly on that. How much does it cost? Pricing of each cookie design varies based on the size of the cookie, the amount of detail involved in the piping, and how many you are ordering. Can I order plain white cookies and palette for my budding artist to paint? Absolutely! I've seen some kids create some really breathtaking cookie art using plain round Watercolor Cookies and a palette. Just email me with desired quantity and I will get you a quote. I don’t have a party coming up! What else can I use these cookies for? You don't need to wait for someone's birthday to have fun painting Watercolor Cookies! It makes a great activity for a few good friends to share some giggles and cookies without totally destroying your kitchen. Gift the painted cookies to a teacher or loved one! Or...
